JEFFREY S. BAKST is a sole practitioner in Cincinnati where he devotes the majority of his law practice to plaintiff's injury law including personal injury, wrongful death, negligence and catastrophic injury. Mr. Bakst is a member of the Middleton, Cincinnati, Ohio State, Kentucky, Federal and American bar associations, as well as the Ohio Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton. JOHN M. HOLCOMB is a partner with the Hamilton law firm of Holcomb, Hyde & Gmoser LLC. Mr. Holcomb has been an attorney for more than 19 years and focuses his practice on plaintiff's personal injury, medical malpractic,e and wrongful death. He has previously lectured for National Business Institute on personal injury matters. Mr. Holcomb was previously Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Butler County for eight years. He is a member of the Ohio State, American and Butler County bar associations. Mr. Holcomb earned his B.A. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati. T. TOD MOLLAUN is an attorney with The Law Offices of Blake R. Maislin, LLC, in Cincinnati. Mr. Mollaun has been an attorney for more than nine years and focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs in personal injury law. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association. Mr. Mollaun earned his B.S. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. W. JOHN SELLINS is an attorney in the Cincinnati law firm of Droder & Miller Co., L.P.A. His areas of practice include contract law, insurance,and personal injury litigation. Mr. Sellins is a current adjunct instructor in business law and ethics at Indiana-Wesleyan University. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association (member, Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee) and the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Sellins is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the U.S., the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Chase Law School.
