GAIL C. HERSH JR. is an attorney in the law firm of Manley Deas Kochalski, LLC. He has practiced in the areas of real estate litigation, foreclosure, creditors' rights and bankruptcy for over 17 years. Mr. Hersh is admitted to practice before the state courts of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, as well as the U.S. District Courts for Kentucky, Indiana and the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Kentucky and Indiana State bar associations. Mr. Hersh is presently the chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Real Estate Committee. He is a frequent seminar presenter on various real estate topics for young lawyers, general practitioners and more specialized groups of attorneys. Mr. Hersh earned his B.A. degree from Kenyon College and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. TABITHA M. HOCHSCHEID is a member of the Cincinnati law firm of Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLC. She focuses her practice in the areas of creditor's rights (retail and commercial collections), landlord tenant, bankruptcy, and insurance subrogation. Ms. Hochscheid has extensive experience representing creditors, insurance companies and individuals in Ohio and Kentucky state courts and in federal bankruptcy court. Her clients include credit unions, building material suppliers, property management companies, financial institutions and insurance companies. Ms. Hochscheid frequently lectures on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other collection related topics. She is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals; and the Cincinnati, Ohio State, Kentucky and American bar associations. CARA R. HURAK is an attorney with the law firm of Graydon Head & Ritchey LLP. She focuses her practice on commercial workouts, creditors' rights and bankruptcy. Ms. Hurak is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Tri-State Association for Corporate Renewal, and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. She earned her B.S. degree from Purdue University, and her M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Dayton.
