JENNIFER J. BATLINER is a sole practitioner in Middletown. Mr. Goode practices in the area of probate and is a former magistrate at the Hamilton County Probate Court, where he served for more than two years. He has a great deal of experience handling all types of probate cases, including estate administration, wrongful death, will contest, adoption and guardianship. At any given time, Mr. Goode was assigned to approximately 1,500 cases and was responsible for every aspect of those cases. He serves on the Administration and Finance Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association. Mr. Goode earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Cincinnati. JESSICA A. NIELSEN is an attorney with Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co., L.P.A. Ms. Nielsen's practice concentrates primarily on estate planning, probate, and business transactions. She is a member of the Ohio State and Cincinnati bar associations. Ms. Nielsen earned her B.S. degree from Indiana University and her J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
