DAVID M. DOUGLASS is the founder of the Cleveland law firm of Douglass & Associates Co., L.P.A. Mr. Douglass focuses his practice on collections law and creditors' rights. He has lectured on creditor's rights and collection practices both locally and nationally. Mr. Douglass has served as a receiver in complex real estate and business liquidations. He is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), Commercial Law League, American Alliance of Collection Attorneys (AACA), and the American, Ohio State, Cleveland Metropolitan and Lorain County bar associations. He also is a member of the Ohio Creditors Attorneys Association. Mr. Douglass earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. AMY C. HOLBROOK is an attorney in the litigation and defense department in the Cleveland office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. She earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from the Ohio Northern University and her J.D. degree from the University of Akron School of Law. Ms. Holbrook is licensed in Ohio and is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State bar associations. AMANDA RASBACH YURECHKO is an attorney in the complex collections department of the Cleveland office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. Ms. Rasbach Yurechko has previously lectured on collection matters. She is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State bar associations. Ms. Rasbach Yurechko earned her B.A. degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law. BETH ANN SCHENZ is counsel and assistant vice president of The Huntington National Bank, where she is part of the legal group and services the bankruptcy and litigation departments within the bank. Ms. Schenz is licensed in Ohio and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the 6th court of appeals and the U.S. district courts (Northern and Southern districts of Ohio). She also is a member of the Federal and Cleveland Metropolitan bar associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. Schenz is a frequent lecturer, including speaking engagements at the following: Akron Bar Association, William J. O'Neill Great Lakes Regional Institute, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law CLE Series, National Business Institute and Lorman. She was published in the Cuyahoga County Bar Association's Law Journal and Servicing Management, a mortgage industry publication. In 2009-2010, she was co-chair of the William J. O'Neill Cleveland institute and coordinated over 60 speakers, including 12 federal judges to appear at the 2010 Institute event. Ms. Schenz earned her B.S. degree from Xavier University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she received a Barrister's Award.
