L. JOSHUA DAVIDSON is a member of the Cincinnati law firm of O'Connor, Mikita & Davidson, LLC, where he concentrates his practice primarily in the area of consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Davidson also has significant practical experience in the areas of family law, and civil and criminal litigation. He is an adjunct professor of real estate law at the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Davidson earned his B.A. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and federal court in the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Davidson is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State and American bar associations. DUSTIN R. HURLEY is a partner in the law firm of West, Hurley & Malkiewicz with offices in Cincinnati, Dayton and Springboro. Mr. Hurley's practice is limited exclusively to consumer bankruptcy law. He is licensed to practice law by the state of Ohio and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Hurley is a member of the Ohio State, Dayton, Cincinnati and Warren County bar associations. He earned his B.S. degree from the Miami University Farmer School of Business and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. DANIEL S. ZEGARSKI is a principal and owner of Zegarski & Ice Co., L.P.A., in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Zegarski has practiced almost exclusively in the areas of debtor's rights and consumer bankruptcy for 15 years. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Dayton in 1992 and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1995. Mr. Zegarski is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
