SUSAN K. CLIFFEL is a partner in the Cincinnati office of Wood & Lamping LLP. She has concentrated her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor-creditor and commercial litigation since 1990. Ms. Cliffel has served as senior assistant attorney general for the State of Ohio in the collections enforcement section and practiced in the debtor/creditor rights department of a large Columbus, Ohio, law firm. She graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. degree and earned her J.D. degree, with honors, from The Ohio State University College of Law, where she was Order of the Coif. BENJAMIN M. RODRIGUEZ is an attorney in the Cincinnati law firm of Flagel & Papakirk LLC. He focuses his practice on real property law, collections, foreclosures, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, title insurance defense and resolution of title issues. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association. Mr. Rodriguez earned his B.A. degree from Kent State University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland - Marshall College of Law. ALFRED W. SCHNEBLE III is associated with the Phillips Law Firm, Inc. in Montgomery, Ohio, as well as having his own office in Dayton, Ohio, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of professional negligence law (medical and legal malpractice), corporate and contract law/litigation, bankruptcy law/litigation and Chapter 11 reorganizations. He also has a general civil practice in the areas of real estate, tax, domestic relations, personal injury, probate, and liquor law. Mr. Schneble has lectured on taxation and bankruptcy for the Dayton Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Law Forum, and also on limited liability companies, collection law, expert witnesses, settlements, personal injury and ethics for various professional seminar sponsors. He currently sits on the Dayton Bar's Ethics and Grievances Committee as a member. Mr. Schneble earned his B.S. degree from Marquette University and his J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University. He is a member of the Dayton Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, The Florida Bar and the American Bankruptcy Law Forum. Mr. Schneble is licensed to practice in all courts in the state of Ohio and Florida, as well as before the local U.S. District and Bankruptcy courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals (6th Circuit) and the U.S. Tax Court in Washington, D.C. ELLIOT M SMITH is an attorney in the Cincinnati office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. Mr. Smith focuses his practice on Chapter 11 bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters. He regularly represents debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, secured lenders, asset purchasers, trustees, vendors and other parties in interest in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He also has substantial experience advising clients regarding preference and claim litigation matters. Mr. Smith earned his B.T.L. degree from Ner Israel Rabbinical College and his J.D. degree from the University of Maryland.
