DAVID H. GUNNING II is a partner in the Cleveland law firm of Roetzel & Andress, L.P.A., and a member of the real estate group. JULIE E. RABIN is a partner at Rabin & Rabin Co., L.P.A., a two attorney law firm specializing in bankruptcy law. She has spoken extensively on bankruptcy related topics for the Ohio State Bar Association and other organizations. Ms. Rabin earned her B.S.J. degree from Northwestern University and her J.D. degree from New York University. She is a past trustee of the Cleveland Bar Association, a past chair of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law section of the Cleveland Bar Association, and a past chair of Cleveland Bar Association's Commission on Women in the Law. ELIA O. WOYT is a partner in the Akron office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where he practices in the area of business and commercial law. He counsels clients on various transactions, including secured transactions, financing transactions, loan restructurings and real estate matters. Mr. Woyt also has significant experience representing creditors and other parties in bankruptcy proceedings and commercial litigation matters. He has spoken at seminars on loan documentation, loan restructurings, receiverships, bankruptcies and lender liability. Mr. Woyt is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Canisius College and his J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law.
