KONCELIK is an attorney with Frantz Ward LLP. His practice focuses on environmental matters, advanced energy, and government relations. Mr. Koncelik has more than 12 years of environmental regulatory experience and has held the most senior positions at Ohio EPA, including director, assistant director and chief legal counsel. RIEHL is a partner of the Cleveland law firm of Walter & Haverfield LLP, where he practices in the areas of business litigation services, environmental law, municipal law, public law and real estate law. In his municipal practice, he serves as law director of the city of Hudson, and the villages of Cuyahoga Heights, Richfield and Gates Mills, Ohio. Mr. Schrader represents many townships and municipalities around the state of Ohio on annexation, land use and township law issues. Mr. Schrader has represented landowners, townships, counties and local governments in over half of Ohio's 88 counties. He is part-time law director to three townships in Ohio. Mr. Schrader served as president of the Springfield/Akron JEDD Board.
