ELENA A. LIDRBAUCH is a shareholder with Hickman & Lowder Co., L.P.A. focusing her practice on issues affecting persons with disabilities and elderly individuals. Her practice areas include guardianship, estate planning, Medicaid planning and probate. Ms. Lidrbauch advises individuals and attorneys on issues related to Medicare Secondary Payer compliance requirements, such as, Medicare Set Asides, Qualified Settlement Funds and resolution of Medicare/Medicaid liens. She often speaks on topics relating to elder law & settlement services. Ms. Lidrbauch received her M.Ed. degree, in rehabilitation counseling, from Kent State University. She spent 12 years working in community mental health service agencies providing residential, employment and partial hospitalization services. She returned to school earning her J.D. degree from the University of Akron School of Law. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan, Medina County, and Ohio State bar associations, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP).
