JENNIFER GRIFFIN ANSTAETT is an attorney in the Cincinnati law firm of Beckman Weil Shepardson LLC, where her practice is primarily focused in the areas of business organizations, estate planning and probate administration, institutional law, and elder law. Ms. Anstaett advises clients on a broad range of estate planning matters, including lifetime gifting and transfers at death, estate planning for families with children with disabilities, and asset protection planning. Mr. Conrad is a member of the Cincinnati, American and Ohio State bar associations, and Cincinnati Estate Planning Council and is on the Board of Trustees for Pro Seniors. FRENCH is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF). For 35 years, he has guided the families of older or disabled persons to maximize quality of life, obtain care and protect life savings. Mr. French also helps families with special needs children to receive education, health care and income. He has been selected as a Cincy Leading Lawyer by Cincy Magazine and as an Ohio Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Magazine. Mr. French is a fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and served on NELF's Board of Certification when it developed its American Bar Association accredited certification program. He is president-elect of NAELA and currently chairs NAELA's Professionalism and Ethics Committee. Mr. French has earned both the NAELA President's Recognition Award and the NAELA UnAward. He helped found and was the chair of the Ohio State Bar Association's Elder Law Committee and is a member of its Council of Delegates. He has practiced law since 1979 and has served in every management role at Wood & Lamping, including managing partner. His clientele spans Medicaid, estate planning, real estate, probate and small business. In Mr. Reckman's Medicaid practice, he counsels families facing dementia and long-term health care costs. He writes and lectures extensively on this unique area. Mr. Reckman appears as a guest columnist biweekly on the 55 KRC radio program, Simply Money. In 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, Mr. Reckman was named as a Super Lawyer for the state of Ohio by Law and Politics Magazine. He was also named a Leading Lawyer by Cincy Magazine in 2007 and 2008.
