NATHAN R. BOYD is an attorney with the Toledo law firm of Munger Co., L.P.A., where he concentrates his practice in the area of insurance defense. Mr. Boyd has previously lectured to attorneys on insurance law issues. He is also a lecturer in law at the University of Toledo College of Law, where he teaches Insurance Law. He is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Toledo bar associations. Mr. Boyd earned his B.A. and B.S. degrees from Ohio University, his M.B.A. degree from the University of Toledo College of Business and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. JON A. LAFFERTY is a partner in the Toledo law firm of Lafferty, Gallagher & Scott, LLC. Mr. Lafferty has been an attorney for more than 37 years and focuses his practice on medical malpractice, insurance law and personal injury law. He is admitted to the bar in Ohio; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit. He is a member of the Toledo and American bar associations, the Toledo Area Trial Lawyers Association, the Ohio Association for Justice and The American Association for Justice. Mr. Lafferty has lectured on personal injury areas of law for the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Lafferty earned his B.S. Degree from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University.
