DOUGLAS J. BLUE is a member of the Columbus firm of Blue & Blue, L.L.C., where his main areas of practice are personal injury, including premises liability; intentional tort and auto collisions; and medical malpractice, including orthopedics, cosmetic procedures, internal medicine, surgical related injuries, cancer and neurological. He is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute on subjects related to his areas of practice. Mr. Blue is a member of the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Columbus and Ohio State bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Wittenberg University, and his J.D. degree and M.S.L. degree, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School. SHAWN DINGUS is a managing partner with Plymale & Dingus, where his main areas of practice are criminal law, personal injury, domestic relations and civil litigation. Mr. Dingus is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice, Central Ohio Association for Justice, Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Central Ohio Association of Juvenile Lawyers, American Constitution Society and The Shamrock Club of Columbus. He earned his B.A. degree from the Morehead State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law.SEAN HARRIS is a partner with Kitrick, Lewis & Harris in Columbus. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University (OWU) with a triple major in philosophy, geography, and environmental Studies. While in college, he was a member of OWU's comedy improv troupe. Mr. Harris earned his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law, where he was a finalist in the AAJ Trial Advocacy Competition and earned the CALI Award in Trial Practice. He also clerked for the firm of Frank A. Ray Co., L.P.A. during law school. Mr. Harris has served on the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ) as the chair of the New Lawyers, Negligence, and Product Liability sections. In 2007, he received OAJ's Distinguished Service Award. He is a director of the Central Ohio Association for Justice. Mr. Harris focuses his practice on wrongful death, insurance and personal injury litigation. DAVID W. ORLANDINI is an attorney with the Westerville law firm of Brian J. Bradigan, Inc., where he practices in the areas of litigation, product liability, railroad litigation, insurance defense and political subdivision liability. He earned his B.A. degree from Alma College and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School. Mr. Orlandini is a member of the Columbus (member, Small/Solo Law Firm Section) and Ohio State (member, Board of Directors, Litigation Section) bar associations and the Defense Research Institute (member, Product Liability Section).
