TAMI HART KIRBY is an attorney with the law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, in Dayton, where she practices in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency, creditors' rights, and litigation. She has spoken for the National Association of Purchasing Managers and the National Association of Credit Managers. Ms. Kirby earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law. She is a member of the Thomas J. Waldron Bankruptcy Law Forum, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association. Ms. Kirby is admitted to practice in Ohio, before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She has also been listed as one of Ohio's "Rising Stars" by the publishers of Law & Politics and Super Lawyers for 2010. JON LIEBERMAN is an attorney with Atkinson Simms & Kermode PLLC where he represents debtors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases before every Ohio and Kentucky bankruptcy court. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Bar Association, and is a past chair of the CBA's Real Property Law Committee. Mr. Lieberman has served as program chair of the American Bankruptcy Law Forum, currently serves on the American Bankruptcy Institute's Real Property Law Committee and is editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute's Legislation newsletter. He is a master of the bench of the American Inns of Court, and has received additional bankruptcy training at Harvard Law School's PIL program. Mr. Lieberman is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Cincinnati and its College of Law. WILLIAM L. PURTELL is an attorney in the law firm of Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss, where he focuses his practice in foreclosures, evictions, and real property issues. Mr. Purtell has limited his practice solely to foreclosure and eviction matters for nearly eight years. He also serves on the Ethics Committee for his firm. Mr. Purtell has previously lectured for the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Cincinnati Board of Realtors, and the Southern Ohio Recorders Association on FDCPA issues, foreclosure procedures, and legal ethics. He earned his B.A. degree from Thomas More College and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Purtell is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State bar associations, as well as the United States Foreclosure Network (USFN). WALTER REYNOLDS is partner-in-charge of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP's Dayton, Ohio office and has developed an excellent reputation representing brokerage firms, banks, insurance companies, savings and loan associations and other financial institutions. As a partner in the firm, he has handled many construction disputes representing owners, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Law and is recognized by the publishers of Law & Politics and Cincinnati Magazine as an Ohio Super Lawyer®. Mr. Reynolds earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Wilberforce University and his J.D. degree from University of Dayton School of Law.
