ANN K. SCHOOLEY is an attorney in the Cincinnati law firm of Rendigs, Fry, Kiely & Dennis, LLP. Ms. Schooley practices in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, mold litigation, real estate and landlord tenant law. She is experienced in all aspects of construction litigation including claims against contractors and design professionals, mold claims, construction defect claims, delay claims and payment disputes. Ms. Schooley also assists landlords with all aspects of landlord-tenant disputes as well as lease negotiations. She is a member of the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Apartment Association, and the Ohio State and Cincinnati bar associations. Ms. Schooley earned her B.B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. AMY ASHTON SHAW is an attorney in the Cincinnati law firm of Griffin Fletcher & Herndon LLP. Ms. Shaw focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate, construction law and general business law. She has previously served as an adjunct instructor of business law at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Ms. Shaw earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Miami University and her J.D. degree from the University of Virginia.
