KURT D. ANDERSON is of counsel to the law firm of Davis & Young. He has 20 years of experience in insurance defense, insurance coverage, and general civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Anderson is vice-president of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (2012) and secretary for the Lorain County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Cedarville College; and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. JOHN L. ANTEL is a trial attorney with the Cleveland House Counsel office of Grange Mutual Casualty Company. His practice is focused on personal injury defense, including automobile accident, premises liability, and general liability claims involving personal injury; defense of uninsured/underinsured motorist actions; and claims involving issues of insurance coverage. Mr. Antel earned his B.A. degree from Cleveland State University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Akron. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Ohio. Mr. Antel has significant trial experience and has successfully argued in several state appellate courts. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, as well as the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. Mr. Antel is a speaker at continuing legal education seminars and a former advisor to the University Of Akron School Of Law's trial competition teams. AMANDA M. LEFFLER is a partner in the law firm of Brouse McDowell, LPA. She practices in the area of business and commercial litigation, and has substantial experience in litigating insurance recovery actions for policyholders, as well as actions involving breach of contract, tortious conduct in the commercial setting, employment disputes, and corporate or shareholder disputes. Ms. Leffler is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the 2011 OSBA Leadership Academy, and is a part of OSBA's Insurance Law Committee. She also is a member of the American Bar Association and is currently co-chair of the Employment Subcommittee of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee of the ABA's Section of Litigation. Ms. Leffler is a member of the Federal Bar Association and the Akron Bar Association, where she currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees. She also is a fellow of the Akron Bar Association Foundation and a barrister member of the Scanlon Inn of Court. Ms. Leffler earned her B.A. degree from the University of Toledo and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law. JOSEPH H. WANTZ is a partner with the Twinsburg law firm of Williams, Moliterno & Scully Co., L.P.A. He practices in the areas of civil trial law, insurance coverage defense and extra-contractual claims. Mr. Wantz received his B.B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, and the Ohio State and Lake County bar associations.
