LINDA M. GREEN is a vice president for Chicago Title Insurance Company. She is the manager of the Northeast Ohio Commercial Division for Chicago Title Insurance Company, and underwriting counsel for the National Commercial Center of Chicago Title Insurance Company, based in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Green has 25 years of experience in commercial examining and title underwriting. She earned her law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. Ms. Green is the past president of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and the Cleveland Title Association, and a member of the Cleveland Bar Association, the Greater Cleveland Mortgage Bankers Association and the Ohio Land Title Association. She is a frequent speaker on topics of title insurance and title examining. ROBERT M. GREGGO has been assistant general counsel of Surety Title Agency, Inc., in Cleveland since 1992. He also is licensed as a title insurance agent. While still in law school, Mr. Greggo conducted title searches and abstracts for a title company in Columbus. He continued to work extensively in the real estate field while in private practice in Columbus. Mr. Greggo has lectured to various professional groups, including National Business Institute, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio Land Title Association, on real estate titles and title insurance issues. He earned his B.A. degree in history, magna cum laude, from the University of Akron and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law. Mr. Greggo is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio Land Title Association. RICHARD S. KOBLENTZ is an attorney with Koblentz & Penvose, LLC, where his general practice of law includes legal ethics and discipline law, civil litigation, real estate, white collar criminal defense, small business, criminal defense, domestic relations and probate. Cincinnati Magazine listed him as an Ohio Super Lawyer, from 2003 to 2008 and Inside Business Magazine has named him one of Northeast Ohio's Leading Lawyers over the past nine years. Mr. Koblentz is past trustee and vice president for the Cuyahoga County Bar Association. He also was past trustee and secretary for the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, and was a member and secretary for the Cuyahoga County Bar Association's Ethics Committee. Mr. Koblentz is a member of the Legislative Committee of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is of trial counsel to the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Grievance Committee. Mr. Koblentz is a frequent speaker for various seminars on legal ethics and other topics for several organizations, including the Ohio Judicial College, the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Akron Bar Association. He is a guest lecturer for the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he lectures on topics of professional responsibility and criminal law. Mr. Koblentz is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan bar associations, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Cuyahoga Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association. He earned his B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. MICHAEL A. WYPASEK is an agency counsel with the Chicago Title Insurance Company, in Cleveland, where his main focus is real estate underwriting counsel. He previously has spoken for the Ohio State Bar Association and he coordinates and teaches at the yearly title agent's seminars for agents of the Chicago Title family of companies. Mr. Wypasek also does individual training of agency employees on an as needed and requested basis. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Dayton and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Mr. Wypasek is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the Federal District Court. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
