MICHAEL A. BROWN is a partner with the law firm of Dunn & Brown LLP, where he practices in the areas of commercial real estate, real estate title insurance and zoning law. KYLE R. GRUBBS is an attorney in the Cincinnati office of Frost Brown Todd LLC and focuses his practice in four primary areas:  Distressed Real Estate, Office, Warehouse and Industrial Real Estate, Shopping Center/Retail Development and Financial Restructuring/Bankruptcy. Mr. Grubbs has significant experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and chapter 11 bankruptcies and restructurings. His real estate practice focuses on representing receivers, distressed real estate investors, developers, REITs, landlords, local governments, non-profits, tenants, and retailers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including the development, acquisition, sale, and leasing of shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses, and industrial facilities. THOMAS W. KENDO JR. is a licensed attorney and counselor of law in the State of Ohio. He also is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. Mr. Kendo is the president of the Centerville law firm of Thomas W. Kendo, Jr. Co., L.P.A. His primary areas of practice are real estate, estate planning and probate law with a concentration in litigation. Mr. Kendo earned his B.A. degree from Washington and Jefferson College and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. He is a member of the Dayton, Clark County, Ohio State, and American bar associations. Mr. Kendo is the chairman of the Real Property Committee of the Dayton Bar Association, a position which he has held three times. He received the Outstanding Committee Leadership Award in 2009. Mr. Kendo is a licensed title insurance agent in the State of Ohio. He is a member of the American, Ohio, and Miami Valley (past president) Land Title associations. Mr. Kendo is a frequent speaker for the Dayton Area Board of Realtors, the Dayton Bar Association, the Women's Counsel of Realtors, the Greater Dayton Real Estate Investor's Association and National Business Institute. He also has taught real estate and probate law at the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and Sinclair Community College. Mr. Kendo has been recognized by the Dayton Business Journal as one of the 40 Under Forty Future Leaders in 2002 and as one of the "Who's Who In Law" in 2007.

MICHAEL G. REED is a partner in the Cincinnati office of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP. Mr. Reed has considerable experience in the areas of real estate and title insurance. He represents lenders and borrowers in real estate transactions and is the president of Queen City Title Agency, Inc. Mr. Reed is a member of the Ohio Land Title Association and Cincinnati Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

ROBERT S. RUBIN is a member at the firm of Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford LLC. He works extensively with banks and financial institutions on matters involving commercial loan transactions, real estate transactions, loan restructures, loan workouts and banking litigation. Mr. Rubin graduated from the University of Wales, magna cum laude, with an LL.B. degree and from the University of Cincinnati College of Law with a J.D. degree. He has previously lectured for National Business Institute and other CLE approved commercial loan seminars. Mr. Rubin is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
