L. JOSHUA DAVIDSON is a member of the Cincinnati law firm of O'Connor, Mikita & Davidson, LLC, where he concentrates his practice primarily in the area of consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Davidson also has significant practical experience in the areas of family law, and civil and criminal litigation. He is an adjunct professor of real estate law at the University of Cincinnati. GALASSO is a partner in the law firm of Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker LPA, where he practices in the area of civil litigation with a focus on commercial litigation, creditor's rights, bankruptcy, consumer law, employment law and personal injury. He received his B.A. degree from Eastern Kentucky University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Northern Kentucky University. Mr. Galassa was the general editor and has published articles for the Northern Kentucky Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Mr. Galasso is a member of the Cincinnati (member, Labor and Employment Committee), Kentucky, Indiana State and the Ohio State bar associations. BRADY LIGHTHALL is an attorney in the Cincinnati office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA and a member of the firm's Real Estate Default, Eviction & Foreclosures Group. A member of the Indiana State, Ohio State and Cincinnati bar associations, Mr. Lighthall is licensed in Indiana and Ohio. He also is a member of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Mr. Lighthall earned his B.A. degree from Utah Valley State College, his M.B.A. degree from Northern Kentucky University, and his J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. DONALD K. SWARTZ is the owner and principal member of Swartz Law Office, LLC. In his current practice, Mr. Swartz represents clients in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate and civil litigation. Prior to venturing out on his own, Mr. Swartz was an attorney with a large Cincinnati law firm, which handled only mortgage foreclosures, creditors' rights and litigation. Mr. Swartz has been an attorney for more than 14 years in Ohio. He has appeared as a lecturer on real estate matters at Hondros College and at CLE seminars for NBI, Inc. and the Cincinnati Bar Association. Mr. Swartz is a member of the Ohio State, Cincinnati and Kentucky bar associations; and the West Virginia State Bar. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. degree from the University of Akron School of Law.
