BERNARD I. AGIN is a shareholder in the Beachwood, Ohio law firm of Agin and Agin Co. L.P.A. He also is a partner in the accounting firm of Agin and Agin, devoting the majority of his practice to business valuations, assessment of economic damages, probate, taxation and business law. Mr. Agin is a certified public accountant and a certified valuation analyst. He has written articles for the Domestic Relations Journal of Ohio , and has been a frequent lecturer in the areas of business valuations, understanding the complexities of personal and business tax returns, and the assessment of economic damages. ROBIN L. STANLEY is an attorney in the Chardon law firm of Petersen & Ibold, where she practices in the areas of probate, wills and trusts, estate planning, bankruptcy and general litigation. Ms. Stanley has previously lectured for National Business Institute on probate matters. She is a member of the Geauga County, Lake County, Cleveland Metropolitan, and Ohio State bar associations and also is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
