STEPHEN D. BEHNKE is a partner in the law firm of Behnke, Martin, & Schulte, LLC. Mr. Behnke has been an attorney for more than 10 years and focuses his practice on civil litigation, family law and tort law. He is licensed in Ohio and California and appears at courts in several Ohio counties, including Montgomery, Greene, Miami, Hamilton, Franklin, Lucas, Madison, Eaton and Darke. Mr. Behnke also appears before the U.S. District Court in Dayton, Ohio. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Western Michigan University and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. ROBERT S. FISCHER is a partner in the West Chester law firm of Sams Fischer Packard & Schuessler, where he practices in the areas of domestic relations and civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Fischer is a certified mediator in family and civil law. He earned his B.S. degree from Frostburg State University and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law. Mr. Fischer is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and the Ohio State and Warren County bar associations. He has presented several CLE seminars on topics of Child Custody, Discovery in Divorce and Division of Assets. Mr. Fischer also teaches Criminal Defense at Miami University, Hamilton. JAMES H. MOSKOWITZ is a partner of the Cincinnati law firm of Moskowitz & Moskowitz LLC, where he practices in the areas of domestic relations and civil practice. He earned his B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Mr. Moskowitz is an OSBA Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State and American bar associations. He currently serves as the chairperson of the Cincinnati Bar Association Domestic Relations Committee. He also is a member of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Mr. Moskowitz also has served on the workgroup on Collaborative Family Law reporting to the Supreme Court subcommittee on Alternative Dispute Resolution. MARK EDWARD STONE is a sole practitioner in Beavercreek, Ohio. Mr. Stone concentrates his practice in family law matters. He earned his B.S. degree from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. Mr. Stone is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and its Family Law and Certified Grievance Committees (past chair of one of the two DBA Certified Grievance Committees), the Greene County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association (and its Family Law Committee). He was among the first group of lawyers certified in 1999 as a family law specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association Family Relations Law Specialty Board and currently serves as the chair of that board. In November 2007, Mr. Stone was designated and elected a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and its Ohio chapter. He is a contributing writer to and member of the Ohio Domestic Relations Journal, Editorial Advisory Board and since 2002 has revised and updated Ch. 14 Modification of Spousal Support in Baldwin's Ohio Practice, Sowald Morganstern Domestic Relations Law publication. Mr. Stone has been on the Ohio Super Lawyers list published by Law & Politics and The Ohio Super Lawyers magazine in 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010. He has regularly spoken and presented materials at seminars around the state.
