DAVID E. ERNST is the principal of Ernst & Associates, Attorneys at Law in Lebanon. Mr. Ernst has been an attorney for more than 24 years. He maintains a general practice that includes a significant amount of plaintiff's personal injury work. Mr. Ernst is a member of the Warren County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Ohio Association for Justice. He earned his B.A. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. JOSEPH T. MORDINO is a partner in the law firm of Faulkner & Tepe LLP, where he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Mordino is a board certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky. Mr. Mordino earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from St. Lawrence University and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the Ohio Mediation Association, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute, and the Kentucky Justice Association. Mr. Mordino has taught a class on mediation at the Chase College of Law and is on the approved list of mediators for several local courts. MICHAEL R. THOMAS is a partner in the Springboro law firm of Kirby, Thomas, Brandenburg & D'Amico, LPA, where his areas of practice include personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, insurance law and civil litigation. He is board-certified as a civil trial attorney by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Thomas served as chair of the Amicus Curiae Committee for the Ohio Association for Justice, and has been a trustee for that organization and served on its executive committee. He earned his B.A. degree from Capital University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University. Mr. Thomas is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice, the Inner Fellows and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers.
