JAMES S. ADRAY is a partner in the Toledo law firm of Adray & Grna, where he practices in the areas of business law, probate, estate planning, divorce and medical malpractice. He is a mediator/arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and is a mediator trainer throughout Ohio. Mr. Adray has taught at the University of Toledo Law School and College of Education. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (member, Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Probate and Trust Law committees), and the Ohio State (member, Family Law Committee and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee) and Toledo bar associations. Mr. Adray earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Toledo. MICHELLE L. BAUMEISTER is a sole practitioner in Lima, where she practices in the areas of estate planning/administration, elder law issues, and disability issues that involve special needs trusts. Ms. Baumeister is a member of WealthCounsel, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Allen County Bar Association (Probate and Trust Committee) and the Ohio State Bar Association, where she serves on the Board of Governors, Probate and Trust Section (and served on the committee to develop questions for Ohio attorneys qualifying for "specialist" designation in the field of estate planning and probate and trust administration) and the Elder Law Committee. She has served on the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee at both the state and county level. Ms. Baumeister has been published in the Probate Law Journal of Ohio, and has appeared as a speaker for several continuing legal education seminars for various groups. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude with honors and high distinction, from Ohio Northern University and her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern Pettit College of Law.
