ROBERT G. HYLAND is an attorney with the Cincinnati law firm of Buechner Haffer Meyers & Koenig Co., LPA, where his practice areas include estate planning and administration, small business, taxation and real estate transactions, and litigation in those areas. He is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and administration topics for the bar and other community organizations. He earned his A.B. degree from Hamilton College and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati. CHARLES S. KAMINE is a principal in the Cincinnati law firm of Kamine & Schilling, LLC, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and real estate law. Mr. Kamine has been an attorney for more than 34 years and has previously lectured on real estate, probate and legal ethics at continuing legal education seminars. Mr. Kamine earned his B.A. degree from Brandeis University and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law. LAURA J. Ms. Martin regularly speaks before lay persons, investment groups, financial advisors and other professionals on estate matters. She also has appeared as a guest lecturer at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Ms. Martin is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice and the Ohio State, Dayton and American bar associations. She earned her B.S. degree from Iowa State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. EDWIN P. MORROW III is a wealth specialist and national manager of wealth strategies communications for Key Private Bank. He works with high net worth individuals and their attorneys, accountants, and other advisors nationwide in conjunction with Key Private Bank's investment management, trust services, and wealth management teams. Mr. Morrow earned his J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, his LL.M. from Capital University, and his M.B.A. degree from Xavier University. He is a certified specialist in estate planning, probate, and trust law through the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Morrow also is a certified financial planner (CFP®). He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education courses and financial conferences.
