December 19 - Dayton DAVID M. HOPPER is vice president, trust officer and head of the estate administration section for Key Private Bank for the Dayton and Cincinnati regions. Before coming to the bank, he operated as a solo practitioner in Middletown and Springboro. Mr. Hopper is a graduate of Miami University and the Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section of the Dayton Bar Association. KRISTINA M. RAINER is an attorney with Roberson Co., L.P.A. Ms. Rainer practices in the areas of estate planning, trust, and probate law and estate litigation. She also assists clients with business formations and incorporations. Ms. Rainer has previously served as an adjunct professor for Sinclair Community College. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Dayton and her J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. KAREN A. ROLCIK is the principal of Rolcik Law Office. Her practice focuses on representing individuals in the areas of estate planning and probate, as well as business formation and representative law. HYLAND is an attorney with the Cincinnati law firm of Buechner Haffer Meyers & Koenig Co., LPA, where his practice areas include estate planning and administration, small business, taxation and real estate transactions, and litigation in those areas. He is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and administration topics for the bar and other community organizations. Mr. Hyland is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association (member, Trust, Wills and Estate Planning Committee, and the Taxation sections), the American Bar Association (member, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section) and the Ohio State Bar Association. He earned his A.B. degree from Hamilton College and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati. PATRICK E. MCCAUSLAND is a partner in the law firm of Singer & McCausland Co., LPA. Mr. McCausland has been an attorney for more than 12 years and focuses his practice on estate planning and probate law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
