DANIEL J. CLARK is an attorney in the Columbus office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP and a member of the firm's labor and employment group. He has significant experience with employment discrimination cases, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the enforcement of non-competition agreements, collective bargaining, and union issues. Mr. Clark also has extensive experience representing schools, colleges, and universities. Mr. Clark has lectured on topics relating to harassment training, workplace investigations, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Clark earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Wittenberg University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law. JAN E. HENSEL is a partner in the Labor and Employment Department of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. Ms. Hensel devotes her practice exclusively to the representation of employers in the employment law arena. She consults with employers of all sizes to help them comply with the myriad of state and federal employment laws that affect the workplace, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII, and the Ohio Civil Rights Act. She frequently conducts onsite trainings and seminars to ensure that clients avoid employment pitfalls. Ms. Hensel also has more than 20 years of experience litigating employment law cases in state and federal courts, and representing employers before state and federal enforcement agencies. She has tried cases and presented appeals in state and federal courts throughout Ohio, and has twice represented clients before the Ohio Supreme Court. Ms. Hensel is a frequent author and speaker on employment law related topics. She is a member of the American, Ohio State and Columbus bar associations. Ms. Hensel earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from The Ohio State University. CAVETT R. KREPS is an attorney in the law firm of Bricker & Eckler LLP and a member of the firm's employment and labor group. Mr. Kreps practices employment law, with an emphasis on employment-related litigation and counseling. His experience includes handling hundreds of litigation matters and Ohio Civil Rights Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges, and prosecuting and defending non-compete/non-solicitation and trade secrets disputes. He also advises clients on day-to-day employment issues, including compliance with employment laws such as Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA. Mr. Kreps earned his B.A. and B.S. degrees from Miami University and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University. Prior to working at Bricker & Eckler LLP, Mr. Kreps was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio.
