DIANNE FOLEY is a partner in the Cleveland law firm of Buckley King LPA, where her work focuses on labor and employment law representing management and federal civil practice. Ms. Foley has been a litigator for more than 30 years, during which she has developed an expertise in federal trial practice and procedure. She is an OSBA certified specialist in labor and employment law, chair of the Federal Courts Committee of the Cleveland Bar Association and a member of the U.S. District Court Federal Advisory Group for the Northern District of Ohio. Since 1996, Ms. Foley has served as chair of the Cleveland Bar Association's Federal Court Training seminar for new admissions to the Northern District. She has lectured on federal court issues before various groups. Ms. Foley clerked for the chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. and earned her B.A. degree from Boston College and J.D. degree from Seton Hall University. She is a member of the Cleveland, Ohio State and American bar associations. For 2010 and every year since its inception, Cincinnati Magazine has named her Ohio Super Lawyer. EVELYN P. SCHONBERG is a founding member and partner in the Cleveland law firm of Ross, Brittain & Schonberg Co., L.P.A., where she focuses her practice on the representation of management in employment relations matters. She is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in labor and employment law. In addition to litigating claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination and other employment related actions, she also assists clients in matters such as creating employee manuals, drafting employment agreements, developing affirmative action plans and substance abuse policies, and advising on day-to-day employment relations. She has also been repeatedly selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer by her fellow lawyers. Ms. Schonberg earned her B.S. degree from the American University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. She is a member of the Cleveland (member, Labor Law Section), the Ohio State (member, Labor Law Section) and the Federal (member, Labor Law Section) bar associations. PATRICK M. WATTS is an attorney in the Cleveland office of Zashin & Rich Co., L.P.A. Mr. Watts is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in labor and employment law. His practice areas include labor relations, equal employment opportunity, employment discrimination, and all other employment related torts. Mr. Watts provides guidance to employers concerning a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including overtime and minimum wage compliance, family and medical leave compliance, employment discrimination, retaliation and wrongful discharge. He has lectured on a variety of topics including wrongful discharge, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Watts is a member of the American, Ohio State, Cleveland, Lake County, and Ashtabula County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the College of Wooster and his J.D. degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
