LETITIA S. BRYANT is the Assistant Law Director for the city of Hamilton, Ohio, where she manages the city's labor and employment matters. Ms. Bryant is admitted to practice Ohio, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern districts of Ohio. She has been honored by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine by being listed as a Rising Star in 2011 and 2012. Ms. Bryant is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Miami University and her J.D. degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. SCOTT A. CARROLL is the managing partner of the Cincinnati, Ohio office of Jackson Lewis LLP. He has represented clients across the spectrum of labor and employment law, including wrongful discharge litigation, collective bargaining, union avoidance, and human resources counseling. Mr. Carroll has expertise in drafting, counseling, prosecuting, and defending theft of trade secret cases and/or non-compete, non-solicitation cases. He has been honored by being named an "Ohio Super Lawyer in Employment and Labor" from 2004 to 2009. Mr. Carroll frequently lectures on all aspects of labor and employment law matters. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati School of Law. BRADLEY L. GIBSON is an attorney in the Cincinnati office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, and a member of the firm's labor and employment practice group. His practice focuses on employment litigation under both state and federal statutes. Mr. Gibson has additional experience in the areas of federal and state government wage and hour laws, including the Service Contract Act, the Davis Bacon Act, and Ohio's prevailing wage laws. He earned his B.S. degree from Clemson University and his J.D. degree from the Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law. JAMES A. MILLS is a shareholder in the Cincinnati law firm of Denlinger, Rosenthal & Greenberg Co., L.P.A. He has been an attorney for over 30 years and focuses his practice on management-side labor and employment law. Mr. Mills was a National Labor Relations Board Field Attorney from 1983 to 1986 and was named one of the Top 100 Management Labor Attorneys in the U.S. for 2006 by the Labor Relations Institute. He is a member of The Federalist Society, and the Cincinnati and Ohio State bar associations. Mr. Mills earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from Purdue University and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati. ANGELA J. RAPP is an attorney in the Cincinnati office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, and a member of the firm's labor and employment practice group. She is engaged in counseling of employers on their employment practices (employment policies, discipline and termination, employment contracts, medical leaves and other benefits). Ms. Rapp represents employers in administrative proceedings and in litigation at the local and national level. She has represented employers in claims of discrimination and harassment, breach of employment contract, and has assisted them with preparing severance agreements. Ms. Rapp is a member of the Ohio State, Cincinnati and Akron bar associations. She also is a member of the Charles F. Scanlon Inn of Court. Ms. Rapp earned her B.S. degree from Miami University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laudem, from The University of Akron School of Law. M. SCOTT YOUNG is a partner in the Cincinnati law firm of Thompson Hine LLP. He focuses his practice on labor and employment law, and business litigation. Mr. Young counsels, and litigates on behalf of, businesses on all aspects of labor and employment law. He also represents corporate clients in litigation on nearly all types of matters. Mr. Young's experience includes defending all types of employment claims, claims relating to employee benefits, product liability, torts, and personal injury; and relating to disputes involving construction, trade secrets, intellectual property, commercial transactions, transportation, shareholders, government taxes, insurance, and breach of contract.
