Ms. Abaray has litigated extensively in the area of pharmaceutical products liability and also represents plaintiffs in many insurance and contract disputes. Cincinnati Magazine recognized her as one of Cincinnati's best litigation attorneys in 1995 and she has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer, 2005- 2011. Ms. Abaray has been court appointed as co-lead counsel for the Ortho Evra Products Liability MDL, a member of the Executive Committee for the Contaminated Heparin MDL, and a member of the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee for the Ephedra MDL. She currently serves as co-chair of the Science Committee for the Yasmin/Yaz MDL. Ms. Abaray has served as a faculty member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and is a member of the American Bar Association Products Liability Newsletter Editorial Committee. She lectures frequently in the areas of products liability litigation, trial techniques and epidemiology. Ms. Abaray has published articles in journals of the American Bar Association, Litigation Section; the University of Cincinnati Law Review; the University of Dayton Law Review; and the American Bar Association Products Liability Newsletter. She is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State, Federal and American bar associations; and The American Association for Justice. Ms. Abaray earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Cincinnati.
