THOMAS CAFFERTY is a sole practitioner at the Law Office of Thom Cafferty in Toledo. Mr. Cafferty practices in bankruptcy, consumer, and maritime law. He served on active duty with the U.S. Coast Guard for more than 20 years, which included tours as navigator aboard Coast Guard Cutter ACACIA, senior marine casualty investigator, marine inspector, foreign vessel boarding program administrator, and chief of the Great Lakes Regional Exam Center. Mr. Cafferty earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Toledo. He is a member of the Ohio State and Toledo bar associations. JOHN P. GUSTAFSON has been a bankruptcy law clerk, an associate and partner in a law firm that did both debtor and creditor representation, a solo bankruptcy practitioner representing debtors, banks and trustees, the staff attorney for a Chapter 13 trustee, and since October 1, 2007 he has been the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Northern District of Ohio Western Division. ERICKA S. PARKER is an attorney with Ericka S. Parker Law Office in Toledo, Ohio. She is a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee. Ms. Parker is a member of the Toledo Bar Association (Bankruptcy Committee), Ohio State Bar Association, National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and Inns of Court. She has spoken with the Toledo Bar Association and the Northern District of Ohio Western Division.
