FRANK A. WISEHART, MBA, CPA, ABV, CVA, CFE, is director of business advisory services for Schneider Downs & Co., Inc., one of the top 50 public accounting, tax and business advisory services firms in the United States. Mr. Wisehart brings more than 20 years of business advisory experience to Schneider Downs & Co., Inc. Prior to joining Schneider Downs & Co., Inc., he was president of Wisehart & Wisehart, Inc., a certified public accounting firm specializing in business valuations, litigation support and forensic accounting. He is responsible for the development and delivery of the firm's specialized business advisory service and oversees business valuation, forensic accounting, transaction due diligence, operational consulting, and expert testimony and litigation support services. Mr. Wisehart is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as an instructor for the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and has received the honor of "Instructor of Great/Exceptional Distinction" from 2004 through 2009 for his service to NACVA. Mr. Wisehart has also served as a featured lecturer for the Ohio State, Columbus and Toledo Bar Associations and has testified as an expert witness in both federal and state courts, offering expertise on a wide range of cases, including bankruptcy, fraud, business valuation, divorce and lost-profit /damage calculations. He earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Cornell University and Queen's University in Kingston, Canada, and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
