BRODIE M. BUTLAND is an attorney in the Cleveland office of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP. Mr. Butland concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation including contract, trade secret, and intellectual property matters. He also has represented employers in a variety of workers' compensation claims, as well as, creditors in foreclosure and bankruptcy actions. Mr. Butland is a member of the Ohio State and American bar associations. TONY KUHEL is a partner in the corporate transactions and securities practice group at the law firm of Thompson Hine LLP. Mr. Kuhel focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, including public company mergers, joint ventures, including real estate development joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions, manufacturing, distribution, supply and other commercial agreements, corporate governance and general corporate matters. He earned his B.A. degree in economics from George Washington University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was a member of the Case Western Reserve University Law Review. Mr. Kuhel was selected as a Rising Star Super Lawyer by Ohio Super Lawyer magazine in 2009. PETER NEALIS is an attorney in the Cleveland office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Mr. Nealis has substantial experience representing both public and private companies and investors in a variety of securities, regulatory and corporate governance matters. He also has represented many private businesses, including start-ups and emerging growth companies, in their initial capital raising ventures and subsequent private placements, and has substantial experience in the area of partnership and limited liability company formation and governance and related tax issues. Mr. Nealis has represented businesses and their owners in connection with all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process, and counsels clients on a wide variety of general corporate and business matters including intellectual property protection and licensing. JONATHON WHITTLESEY is an attorney in the Cleveland office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P.
