DANIEL M. ANDERSON is a partner in the Columbus office of Schottenstein Zox & Dunn Co., LPA. Mr. Anderson's practice is focused on commercial litigation, corporate reorganization and bankruptcy litigation. He has represented financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors preference and fraudulent transfer defendants, and commercial landlords and tenants in all facets of litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Anderson also has represented investors seeking to acquire assets out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. He is a member of the Ohio State, Columbus and American bar associations. Mr. Anderson earned his A.B. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Berkeley. STEWART H. CUPPS is a partner in the Columbus law firm of Cupps & Garrison, LLC. Mr. Cupps practices in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy and general litigation. Prior to starting Cupps & Garrison, LLC, he practiced with Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter Co., LPA in Columbus, Ohio and with Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP., in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he practiced in those firms' bankruptcy practice groups. Mr. Cupps is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Ohio State and Columbus bar associations. He earned his B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. JAY W. MAYNARD is a sole practitioner in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Maynard has been an attorney for more than 40 years and has had a broad ranging work experience in a number of legal fields. He has served as a federal government attorney, including a position as Special Counsel for Legislation with the Executive Office of the President of the United States, and as a corporate attorney with Battelle Memorial Institute, where he served as General Counsel and Assistant General Manager, Project Management Division. For the past 20 years, Mr. Maynard has practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, corporate and commercial litigation. He currently focuses his practice on the representation of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies and foreclosures. Mr. Maynard is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Ohio State and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law.
