DAVID I. POMERANTZ is senior partner in the Cleveland area law firm of Pomerantz & Crosby, Co., L.P.A., where he concentrates his practice in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and worker's compensation claims. He has lectured on various topics including medical malpractice, insurance law, evidence and firm management. He is a former editor of Law & Fact Magazine, and has appeared on television and radio discussing various aspects of the law. Mr. Pomerantz earned his B.A. degree from University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law. He is a past recipient of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association's President's Award for outstanding service. Mr. Pomerantz is a past trustee of the Ohio Association for Justice, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Cuyahoga County Bar Association. He also is a member in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes attorneys who have obtained verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 million. WILLIAM J. PRICE is an attorney with the law firm of Elk and Elk Co. Ltd., whose practice focuses on clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries in automobile, motorcycle and tractor trailer accidents. Mr. Price is board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has received honors from the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was recently recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star. His articles have been published locally in the Ohio Trial Reporter and in national publications such as Trial Magazine and VBoost Magazine. Prior to coming to Elk and Elk Co. Ltd., Mr. Price was an insurance defense attorney for six years defending general liability claims. BRUCE S. RUTSKY is a partner in the Cleveland law firm of Petronzio Schneier Co., L.P.A. Mr. Rutsky has been an attorney for more than 26 years and focuses his practice on plaintiff's personal injury and criminal law. He is a former Stark County Assistant Public Defender and a former Assistant Ohio Attorney General. Mr. Rutsky is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio Association for Justice. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.
