ELIZABETH A. DAVIS is an attorney in the Cleveland office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP and a member of the firm's litigation group. Ms. Davis previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Deborah L. Cook, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, and she has also served as an adjunct instructor of legal writing at The University of Akron School of Law. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law. AMANDA M. KNAPP is an attorney in the Cleveland office of Roetzel & Andress. Ms. Knapp's practice is focused in the area of business and commercial litigation. She practices routinely before both state and federal courts, handling a variety of matters that include contract and tort disputes, constitutional and statutory challenges, environmental cleanup actions, commercial tenancies and other complex matters. She has previous litigation experience defending a local municipality in state and federal court against constitutional claims, tort claims and workers compensation appeals. She also has extensive experience with the federal court system, having served twice as a federal district court law clerk. Ms. Knapp is a member of the Ohio State and Federal bar associations. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. THOMAS H. SHUNK is a partner in the Cleveland office of Baker & Hostetler LLP, practicing in intellectual property litigation. Mr. Shunk has lectured to various professional groups on intellectual property issues. He is a member of the Cleveland, Ohio State and American bar associations and the Cleveland Intellectual Property Lawyers Association. Mr. Shunk earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Yale University and his J.D. degree, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, from Columbia University.
