JENNIFER N. BROWN is a partner with Arthur, O'Neil, Mertz, Michel & Brown, Co., L.P.A, where she focuses her practice in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, fair debt collection, domestic relations, consumer law, and general civil litigation. Ms. Brown is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, The Ohio Association for Justice and American Association for Justice. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Bowling Green State University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from The University of Toledo, College of Law. ERIK G. CHAPPELL is a managing member of the litigation department in the law firm of Lyden, Liebenthal & Chappell, Ltd., where he is actively involved in a diverse litigation and trial practice in federal and state courts. Although the majority of Mr. Chappell's cases are business disputes, he also maintains a family law practice and will evaluate all potential cases, including personal injury or criminal cases on a case by case basis. He has litigated employment disputes including the defense of numerous wrongful discharge and discrimination claims, unfair competition claims, which involved covenants not to compete, breaches of fiduciary duties, or misappropriation of corporate opportunities, construction disputes, real estate disputes, shareholder disputes and all manner of contract disputes. Mr. Chappell earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo. He is a member of the American, Ohio State, Michigan, Monroe County and Toledo bar associations, and American Inns of Court Foundation - Morrison L. Waite Chapter. R. ETHAN DAVIS is a partner at the law firm of Barkan & Robon Ltd. He practices in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. Mr. Davis is a member of the American Bar Association, Toledo Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice and Ohio State Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Ohio Northern University and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo. ANDREW J. WILHELMS is a partner in the law firm of Bugbee & Conkle, LLP. His practice is principally limited to litigation, with an emphasis on commercial, labor/employment, workers' compensation, serious personal injury/wrongful death and general civil matters. Mr. Wilhelms has handled cases in numerous states, including Arkansas, Indiana, Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York and Ohio. He has spoken at conferences and seminars throughout the state to employers, third party administrators, attorneys and judges on a variety of topics, including workers' compensation, workplace safety, insurance coverage, FMLA, ADA, USERRA and intentional tort issues. Mr. Wilhelms earned his B.A. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from Capital University, where he served as president of the Moot Court Board. He is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State and Toledo bar associations, as well as the Northwest Ohio Self-Insurers Association and the Ohio Association for Justice.
