BRIAN K. BRITTAIN is a principal in the law firm of Ross, Brittain & Schonberg Co., L.P.A., where he practices in the areas of labor law, OSHA law and workers' compensation law. Ms. Crosby is the first woman attorney in Ohio certified as a dual specialist in Workers' Compensation and Labor & Employment Law after meeting the extensive requirements and high standards of the Ohio State Bar Association's Specialty Board. KNAPIC is a partner in the law firm of Oldham Kramer, where she practices in the areas of workers' compensation and labor and employment. She is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in workers' compensation. Ms. Knapic is a frequent lecturer and is a former member of the Ohio Industrial Commission. She was appointed as chair of the Ohio Industrial Commission in 1994 by Governor George Voinovich to implement workers' compensation reforms. Ms. Knapic is a former chair of the Self-Insured Employers' Board of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. She has been named as one of the Best Lawyers in America. Ms. Knapic has been one of Ohio's Top Lawyers since 2003. She earned her B.S. degree from Kent State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Akron. CLINT ZOLLINGER JR. is a partner with Day Ketterer Ltd., Attorneys at Law. Mr. Zollinger is a certified specialist in workers' compensation law by the Ohio State Bar Association. He regularly counsels businesses, manufacturing, self-insured entities, health care institutions, and governmental and social services agencies on defense of workers' compensation claims, return-to-work issues, risk management issues, work-site evaluations and workplace safety. Mr. Zollinger is an active member of the Ohio State and Stark County bar associations, and holds professional memberships with the Defense Research Institute and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. He was named an Ohio Super Lawyer's Rising Star for 2010 by Law & Politics magazine.
