THOMAS J. CONNICK is a partner at Webster Dubyak & Weyls Co., LPA who maintains a diverse litigation and trial practice, often involving complex litigation with a concentration on cases involving unique and complex issues pertaining to construction law, insurance law and general liability. His primary practice area includes residential and commercial construction disputes, and large-loss property damage claims, including fire-loss claims. His primary practice also includes complex litigation involving business and commercial law, and general liability issues. Mr. Connick was named a 2009 rising star by Super Lawyers magazine. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and is licensed to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court of Ohio, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit. Mr. Connick earned his B.A. degree from John Carroll University and J.D. degree from Cleveland State University-Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. DARAN P. KIEFER is a principal of the law firm of Kreiner & Peters Co. L.P.A. Mr. Kiefer's 14 years as an attorney have been marked by his constant defense of subrogation rights and as a staunch advocate for their protection. He currently serves on the Board of Directors as National Amicus Committee Chair, and on the faculty of Subro College for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). He has been recognized by NASP in 2006 receiving the President's Award for dedication to subrogation and again in 2008 as Board Member of the Year. Mr. Kiefer speaks about subrogation rights at national conferences such as RIMS, SIIA and NASP, as well as numerous seminars to lawyers and judges. He earned his B.A. degree from Centre College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University. SARAH E. LOVEQUIST is the director of client services for Litigation Management Inc. Ms. Lovequist focuses her practice on mass tort and products liability litigation. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and the Council on Litigation Management. Ms. Lovequist earned her B.A. degree from Ursuline College and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
