AMY C. HOLBROOK is an attorney in the Litigation and Defense Department in the Cleveland office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. She earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from the Ohio Northern University and her J.D. degree from the University of Akron School of Law. Ms. Holbrook is licensed in Ohio and is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State bar associations. MELISSA A. JONES is an attorney with the Cleveland law firm of Frantz Ward LLP, where her practice focuses on creditors' rights and collections law. Ms. Jones has extensive experience in all phases of commercial debt collection and judgment execution, including drafting credit agreements; perfecting and enforcing security interests and lien rights; negotiating effective payment plans; litigating debt; obtaining judgments; filing and foreclosing judgment liens; and locating, seizing and garnishing assets. She also represents manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, contractors and owners in construction collection disputes, including mechanic's lien claims, public work attested account claims, and performance and payment bond claims. Ms. Jones routinely advises clients on all aspects of lien protection, preservation and enforcement procedures, and is experienced in prosecuting and defending lien foreclosure proceedings. She is a member of the Ohio State, Cleveland Metropolitan, Akron and American bar associations. Ms. Jones earned her B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. JENNIFER M. MONTY RIEKER works in the Litigation & Defense Department in the Cleveland office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. Ms. Rieker earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, in communications from DePauw University and her J.D. degree from The Ohio State University, Michael E. Moritz College of Law. A member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan bar associations, she is licensed in Ohio and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of Ohio). Ms. Rieker has also represented clients in other state and federal courts. She has successfully handled cases involving claims of TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA violations. In both 2009 and 2010, she was recognized as an Ohio Rising Star by Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine. Ms. Rieker has been published in the Employee Relations Law Journal, Servicing Management News, MortgageOrb and the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers publication, Transactions. She is frequent lecturer on mortgage compliance and litigation issues. AMANDA R. YURECHKO is an attorney in the Cleveland office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. and a member of the firm's Consumer Collections Group. Ms. Yurechko concentrates in the areas of utility service and damage claims, healthcare, and governmental collection. She has also successfully represented a variety of clients, including private schools and professional fee collection, such as attorney and accounting fees. Ms. Yurechko previously practiced for several years in the Complex Collection Group, and continues to handle complex commercial and consumer collection matters. She is a member of the Ohio State, Cleveland Metropolitan and Akron bar associations. Ms. Yurechko is also a member of Knowledgeable Network of Women (KNOW) with the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce. She has presented to clients and attorneys on collection related topics, including the FDCPA, and is a frequent contributor to WWR publications. Ms. Yurechko earned her B.A. degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law.
