DAVID G. BALE is the principal member of Bale & Associates, Ltd., in Westerville, Ohio, where his practice focuses on advising business owners regarding small business governance, transactions and planning. Bale & Associates, Ltd. also provides legal services in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trusts and estates, asset protection, charitable giving and nonprofit organizations law, commercial and residential real estate and civil and probate litigation. Mr. Koenig has been an attorney for more than 32 years and was formerly employed by the firm of Coopers & Lybrand in their real estate tax shelter group and the mergers and acquisitions group, where he served as an instructor at national tax seminars and continuing education courses. RASMUSSEN is the principal of Rasmussen Law Office. Ms. Rasmussen has extensive experience representing corporate clients in such areas as creditors' rights, loan/lease documentation, commercial debt collection, business/corporate law, commercial real estate, bankruptcy, UCC law and commercial litigation. She also assists privately held companies and their owners with business acquisitions, sales and mergers, relations among owners, and other general business law matters. Ms. Rasmussen often speaks to clients and organizations on a variety of topics regarding business/corporate law, commercial law and creditors' rights/bankruptcy. JOSEPH S. STREB is a sole practitioner in Columbus. For many years, Mr. Streb has represented small and medium sized businesses, especially in the construction industry, and he works as a litigator in both state and federal courts. He is the author of newspaper and magazine articles, scholarly articles in law and media studies, and literary works.
