JAMES S. ADRAY is a partner in the Toledo law firm of Adray & Grna, where he practices in the areas of business law, probate, estate planning, divorce and medical malpractice. He is a mediator/arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and is a mediator trainer throughout Ohio. Mr. Adray has taught at the University of Toledo Law School and College of Education. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Probate and Trust Law committees), and the Ohio State (Family Law Committee and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee) and Toledo bar associations. Mr. Adray earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Toledo. BERNARD I. AGIN is a shareholder in the Beachwood, Ohio law firm of Agin and Agin Co. L.P.A. He also is a partner in the accounting firm of Agin and Agin, devoting the majority of his practice to business valuations, assessment of economic damages, probate, taxation and business law. Mr. Agin is a certified public accountant and a certified valuation analyst. He has written articles for the Domestic Relations Journal of Ohio, and has been a frequent lecturer in the areas of business valuations, understanding the complexities of personal and business tax returns, and the assessment of economic damages. He has also written articles for the lectures presented. Mr. Agin has been a lecturer for the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts on the areas of economics and statistics. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University; his M.A. degree from The Ohio State University; and his J.D. degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. Mr. Agin is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He has been noted in the Best Lawyers in America - Directory of Expert Witnesses. Mr. Agin has served as special master, receiver and court appointed appraiser in numerous domestic relations cases. He has been accepted as a court approved appraiser for business interests by probate court. BEVERLY J. COX is an attorney at the law firm of Wagoner & Steinberg, Ltd. Her areas of concentration include surrogacy, divorce, dissolution, custody, parentage, real estate closings, and criminal and traffic matters. Ms. Cox is of counsel for the National Fertility Law Center. She also handles business litigation and personal injury cases. Ms. Cox served as a pre-hearing attorney with the Michigan Court of Appeals in Detroit, Michigan from 1990 to 1991, and has been a trial attorney since entering private practice in 1991. She is currently serving as the president of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter and has served as the President of the Lucas County Bar Association. Ms. Cox earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Bowling Green State University and her J.D. degree from The University of Toledo, College of Law. She is licensed to practice in Ohio and Michigan. PATRICIA ANN KOVACS is a sole practitioner in Toledo, where her areas of practice include bankruptcy and debtors for individuals and businesses. Ms. Kovacs is licensed in federal and state courts for the Northern District of Ohio. She has lectured to various professional groups on the topic of bankruptcy and is a former trustee on the panel for the Northern District of Ohio. Ms. Kovacs is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and the Ohio State and Toledo (former chair of the Bankruptcy Committee) bar associations. She earned her B.A., J.D. and master's degrees from the University of Toledo. TONYA M. ROBINSON is a family and matrimonial law attorney with the Toledo law firm of Spengler Nathanson P.L.L. She has been certified as guardians ad litem through the Ohio Supreme Court and is a trained mediator. She is also is a member of the Ucas County and Maumee County Domestic Violence Task Force. She earned her undergraduate degree from Lynchburg College and her J.D. degree from the University of Toledo School of Law.
