SARA M. DONNERSBACH is a partner in the Cleveland office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., where she manages the governmental collections, healthcare collections, commercial utility collections and landlord/tenant collections groups. She is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan bar associations, is licensed in Ohio and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of Ohio). Ms. Donnersbach was recognized by Crain's Cleveland Business as a Top 40 Under 40, as well as by Cincinnati Magazine in 2005, 2006 and 2011 as an Ohio Rising Star. She also handles complex commercial collection matters, forbearance agreements and loan work-outs. Ms. Donnersbach earned her B.S. degree from Heidelberg College, her M.B.A. degree from Cleveland State University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. JAMES M. DORAN is an attorney in the Cleveland office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., where he practices in the consumer collections and collateral recovery/replevin groups. He has previously lectured for National Business Institute on landlord/tenant and collections matters. Mr. Doran is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan bar associations, is licensed in Ohio and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of Ohio). He earned his a B.S.B.A. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. KEVIN PATRICK MURPHY is a partner in the Cleveland law firm of Walter & Haverfield LLP. He focuses his practice on real estate, construction law and municipal law. Mr. Murphy is a member of the National Association of Office & Industrial Properties (NAIOP); the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); and the Ohio State, Cleveland Metropolitan and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. JODI B. RICH is an attorney in the Cleveland office of Ulmer & Berne LLP. She practices in the area of real estate law, where she represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition, sale and development of shopping centers. Ms. Rich also represents buyers and sellers in various commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, including properties with unique circumstances, such as environmental contamination. She represents commercial landlords and tenants, and clients completing 1031 exchanges; and also assists both lenders and borrowers in negotiating loan documents. Ms. Rich has negotiated transactions involving distressed properties, including assisting clients to navigate through deals involving the foreclosure of real property. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from The George Washington University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Ms. Rich is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan bar associations.
