PAUL E. DeLORENZO is a partner with The DeLorenzo Law Firm, LLP, in Schenectady, New York, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury, litigation and criminal law. He frequently lectures to various professional groups, colleges and high schools on his areas of expertise. Mr. DeLorenzo earned his B.S. degree from Siena College and his J.D. degree from Pace University School of Law. JENNIFER D. LECAKES is a partner with Flink Smith LLC, where her main areas of practice include personal injury, litigation (emphasis on toxic tort matters), matrimonial and family law, and real estate. She has previously lectured on serious injury threshold for the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Lecakes was presented the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Family Law. She is admitted to practice in all New York State courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. Ms. Lecakes earned her B.A. degree from Union College and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law and Family Law sections) and the Capital District Women's Bar Association. CHRISTOPHER K. MILLS is a partner in The Mills Law Firm, LLP, where his practice is limited to representing clients in the field of personal injury litigation, with a focus on cases involving construction accidents, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, school and municipal law, civil rights and general negligence. Mr. Mills also has an extensive appellate practice and has briefed and argued cases in the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, the New York State Court of Appeals and the 2nd Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals. He currently serves as a board member of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and as the secretary of the Federation of Bar Associations of the 4th Judicial District. Mr. Mills is an active member of the Albany County, Saratoga County and New York State bar associations. Prior to entering into private practice, he worked for two years as an assistant court attorney for the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court in the 3rd Judicial Department. During law school, he served as a judicial intern to Appellate Division, 3rd Department Justice Edward O. Spain, New York State Supreme Court Justice Joseph C. Teresi and acting New York State Supreme Court Justice Thomas J. McNamara. Mr. Mills also served as a board member of the Journal of Science and Technology, where he published the article “Mainstreaming the Alternatives: When Complementary and Alternative Medicines Become Westernized.” ROBERT A. RAUSCH is a partner at the Albany law firm of Maynard, O'Connor, Smith & Catalinotto. Prior to joining the firm, he served as law clerk to Honorable Irad S. Ingraham, Supreme Court Justice for Chenango and Otsego counties. Through that experience, he obtained an intense exposure to trial practice and the intricacies of New York civil practice rules and regulations. Mr. Rausch concentrates his practice on representation of defendants in a wide variety of personal injury litigation matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction site litigation, medical malpractice and municipal law. REYNOLDS is senior counsel with the law firm of Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, in Albany, and has been with the firm since 2003. Mr. Reynolds has tried cases in both the state and federal courts of the Capital Region. He has represented some of the region's largest corporations and other entities in complex commercial and antitrust cases. Mr. Reynolds has participated in several continuing legal education lectures and contributed to CLE publications, including a recent one on trial practice in New York state and federal courts. He has worked as a law clerk in the trial and appellate courts of Massachusetts and was a Massachusetts assistant attorney general for four years handling civil litigation. Mr. Reynolds earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School. MARIA C. TEBANO is a partner with Tebano & Associates, PLLC. She brings 15 years of experience in a wide variety of practice areas relating to civil law to the firm. Ms. Tebano's practice includes family and matrimonial law, real estate law, commercial and civil litigation, employment law, insurance defense and personal injury. She earned her B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Albany, her J.D. degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and continued her education by earning a Master of Laws degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Ms. Tebano served as a principal at an Albany area firm. She is admitted to practice in all courts in the states of New York, New Jersey, North Carolina and Florida. Ms. Tebano is admitted to practice before the Northern District of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court. She has been a featured speaker for National Business Institute on a variety of topics, including family and matrimonial law, and estate planning.
