LESLIE LEVIN is special counsel to the firm Cuddy & Feder LLP. She practices in estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, gift and generation-skipping tax transfer planning, asset protection, IRA distribution planning, not-for-profit organizations, charitable planning and elder law. MONTELEONE is a partner in the Mount Kisco law firm of Monteleone & Monteleone. With more than 40 years in practice, he has extensive experience in the formation of family limited partnerships. Mr. Monteleone's practice focuses on estate planning, probate law, elder law, real estate law, land use, zoning, business law and contracts. He is a frequent speaker on estate planning and related issues before business and legal professionals. Mr. Monteleone earned his A.B. degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his J.D. degree from Fordham University. He is a member of the Northern Westchester, Westchester County and New York State (member, Committee on Elder Law and Real Estate Committee) bar associations. Mr. Monteleone is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Federal District Court and the Southern and Eastern Districts, as well as the Supreme Court. TRACY CHRISTEN REIMANN is in private practice in White Plains, New York. Ms. Reimann counsels clients in estate planning, business succession planning and elder care planning matters. She is skilled in the drafting, structuring, executing and funding of a wide range of estate planning vehicles such as qualified personal residence trusts, life insurance trusts, limited liability companies, family limited partnership agreements, irrevocable income-only trusts and revocable trusts. Ms. Reimann prepares and executes wills, health care proxies, living wills and durable powers of attorney and does extensive tax planning and research for a diverse clientele as well as formulates Medicaid/asset preservation plans. She does a considerable amount of litigation in the Surrogates Courts and the Guardianship Courts for the State of New York and New Jersey. Additionally, Ms. Reimann prepares federal and state estate and gift tax returns.
