BRIAN MACDONALD is an attorney with the law firm of Kenney, Shelton, Liptak & Nowak, LLP, in Buffalo, New York. His practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, including trial work. Mr. Navagh has lectured for National Business Institute and the Erie Institute of Law on various topics, including admissibility of expert evidence and deposition techniques. He earned his A.B. degree from Hamilton College and his J.D. degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and past president of the Defense Trial Lawyers Association of Western New York. RICHARD P. VALENTINE is of counsel with the Buffalo law firm of Rosenthal, Siegel & Muenkel, LLP, where he focuses his practice in medical malpractice litigation. Mr. Valentine earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
