EILEEN E. BUHOLTZ is an attorney at Connors & Corcoran, PLLC, in Rochester where she concentrates her practice in litigation, both commercial and insurance defense, as well as insurance coverage litigation. She earned her B.A. degree from Eastman School of Music and her J.D. degree from Syracuse University. Ms. Buholtz is past chair of NYSBA's Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section. She has served on NYSBA's House of Delegates, President's Committee for Access to Justice, New York State Conference of Bar Leaders, Law Office and Economic Management Committee and CPLR Committee. Ms. Buholtz is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Monroe County Bar Association. She is past chair of the MCBA's President's Commission on Access to Justice. Ms. Buholtz is past president of the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys and has chaired its legislative, media, CLE and judicial evaluation committees. She has served several terms as GRAWA's delegate to the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York and has also served as secretary, treasurer and vice-president. Ms. Buholtz has lectured for NYSBA, Monroe County Bar Association, Greater Rochester Association for Woman Attorneys and for National Business Institute on topics involving civil litigation, insurance law and labor law. Ms. Buholtz served on the board and is a past president of Volunteer Legal Services Project and continues to serve on its finance committee. She served on the Board of Directors of the Community Legal Intake and Referral Project and has also served as a trustee of the Foundation of the Monroe County Bar. (Buffalo location) WILLIAM CONSIDINE is division vice president and program manager, New York insurance programs, for the American Arbitration Association. He heads the New York no-fault and SUM arbitration forums of the AAA. Mr. Considine is an attorney admitted to practice in New York. Previous positions include New York no-fault arbitrator; and general counsel and deputy commissioner for legal affairs, New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission. He has taught administrative law at Pace Law School. Mr. Considine is an honors graduate of Harvard Law School and Stanford University. He is a member of the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law sections of the New York State Bar Association. KAZUKENUS is an attorney in the litigation department with Hurwitz & Fine, P.C., where she focuses her practice in insurance coverage policy and claim issues. Ms. Kazukenus has experience in conducting legal research regarding both coverage issues under insurance policies and liability positions applicable to claims. Having worked for several years as an in-house claim counsel for a major insurance company, Ms. Kazukenus has significant experience in providing support and guidance to adjusters and agents related to policy and claim issues. She was also a no-fault litigation specialist/intern and house counsel attorney for Progressive Insurance Company. SEELEY is an attorney with the law firm of Hurwitz & Fine, P.C., where she focuses her practice in municipal litigation and environmental counseling, governmental liability, insurance coverage and no-fault coverage, arbitration, and litigation. She also handles declaratory judgment actions in state and federal courts across New York State and monitors out of state litigation for insurance clients. Ms. Seeley handles no-fault arbitration and litigation, as well as loss transfer arbitrations. She is the team leader of the firm's No Fault Practice Group, and regularly provides no fault insurance coverage advice to insurers. Ms. Seeley authors a bi-weekly column on recent developments in no-fault law for the firm's electronic newsletter Coverage Pointers. She has experience providing environmental counseling for municipalities and developers in SEQRA compliance matters. She also has experience advising corporations on compliance with federal and state environmental regulations, such as RCRA, the Clean Water Act, NEPA and OSHA. Ms. Seeley regularly represents clients in land use issues and works with surveyors and engineers on the development of land use strategies. She has made presentations on land use and development before municipal planning groups. Ms. Seeley is the village attorney for the Village of Springville. Ms. Seeley is a member of the Erie County Bar Association Environmental Committee, and the Committee on Eminent Domain and Tax Certiorari. He has more than 20 years' experience in civil litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants primarily in motor vehicle cases including no-fault arbitrations, but also medical malpractice and construction site accidents. He was previously a partner at the law firm of Stockfield and Fixler and an associate at Finkelstein, Levine, Gittelsohn & Tetenbaum. After graduating from the Northeastern University School of Law, he served three years as an assistant district attorney in Nassau County. LEONARD D. ZACCAGNINO is a partner with the law firm of Shaw & Shaw, P.C., where he practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, general civil litigation and civil and trial law. He spends most of his time representing plaintiff civil actions, as well as criminal and trial work. Mr. Zaccagnino has also been chosen as an arbitrator in numerous arbitration proceedings involving claims for personal injuries.
