TIMOTHY J. DeMORE is a partner with the law firm of Hiscock & Barclay LLP. Mr. DeMore is an experienced trial attorney, having successfully tried numerous high profile cases to verdict in state and federal courts. He has also successfully argued multiple appeals in state and federal courts on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. DANIELLE MIKALAJUNAS FOGEL is an attorney at Sugarman Law Firm LLP. Ms. Fogel is experienced in resolving liability cases including insurance defense, personal injury and medical malpractice. Previously, she was a forensic scientist for the New York State Police. Ms. Fogel is admitted to practice before all New York state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. She is a member of the American, New York State, Onondaga County and Central New York Women's (board member, director of membership) bar associations. Ms. Fogel attended Albany College of Pharmacy and earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, in biology/psychology at Utica College of Syracuse University. She earned her J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law. Ms. Fogel is vice president of the Stevens Swan Humane Association of Oneida County and formerly taught constitutional law as an adjunct professor at Cayuga Community College. THOMAS J. POTTER is a partner with the law firm of DelDuchetto & Potter, where he practices in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury. He is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Potter has previously lectured to various professionals on issues relating to medical malpractice and personal injury law. Prior to his current work in New York, he represented patients in medical malpractice claims. He also worked as a medical malpractice defense attorney in the state of New Jersey. Mr. Potter earned his B.A. degree from Fairfield University and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University. He is a member of the New York State and Onondaga County bar associations. Mr. Potter was named as one of the top 50 malpractice attorneys in the state of New York by the New York State Bar Association. STEVEN SHAHAN is a partner in the Syracuse law firm of Taddeo & Shahan, LLP, where he practices in the areas of emergency medical services law, medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, personal injury and construction. He received his B.A. degree from Columbia University and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law. Mr. Shahan is a certified emergency medical technician and a firefighter/EMT on a volunteer basis. He is also the assistant chief of a volunteer fire department.
