ADAM H. COOPER is a litigation attorney at the law firm of Carter, Conboy, Case, Blackmore, Maloney & Laird, P.C. Mr. Cooper concentrates his practice in the fields of medical malpractice defense, product liability, personal liability, and premises liability. He also practices in commercial litigation and environmental law. MICHAEL L. As a former federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., Mr. Koenig investigated and prosecuted corporate fraud cases and other complex white collar crimes. In addition, he is an experienced civil and criminal defense attorney, representing clients in a variety of civil matters, disciplinary hearings, arbitrations, and in a wide range of criminal investigations, trials, appeals, and related proceedings. Mr. Koenig is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia. THOMAS M. WITZ is a partner in the Albany law firm of Wilson Elser. Mr. Witz has extensive experience as a trial and appellate lawyer managing diverse and complex matters in a variety of practice areas. He is a member of the firm's commercial services, appellate, employment, product liability and municipal practice groups. Mr. Witz has litigated cases involving civil defense and commercial matters at all levels of the state and federal courts. These cases have ranged from the simple slip and fall to more complex matters, encompassing areas such as civil rights, professional liability and employment discrimination.
