ZACHARY R. BENJAMIN is a member of Scolaro, Shulman, Cohen, Fetter & Burstein, P.C.'s business practice group and is involved in all areas of forming and advising business entities. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Benjamin worked as a law clerk for the firm. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2006 and is a member of the New York State and Onondaga County bar associations. CHRISTOPHER J. BONNER is a partner in the law firm of Hiscock & Barclay, LLP, where he practices in the areas of business law, corporate law, securities regulation and banking. He has spoken previously on limited liability companies and corporate law topics. Mr. Bonner earned his B.A. degree from Williams College and his J.D. degree from Harvard University. He is a member of the New York State and American bar associations. JON R. KAMMERZELT is an attorney with Scolaro, Shulman, Cohen, Fetter & Burstein, P.C., where he is a member of the firm's business practice group and is involved in a wide variety of business transactions and issues relating to commercial real estate, corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and forming and advising closely-held businesses and public corporations such as authorities. Mr. Kammerzelt is a member of the New York and Onondaga County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, his M.A. degree from Maxwell School of Syracuse University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Kammerzelt worked as an intern for The Honorable David N. Hurd, U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of New York and as a law clerk for the firm. RICHARD E. SCRIMALE, CPA and attorney, is a partner and the chief financial officer of the Syracuse law firm of Scolaro, Shulman, Cohen, Fetter & Burstein, P.C., where he practices in the areas of business, corporate law, federal taxation and estate planning. He earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Le Moyne College and his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law. Mr. Scrimale has lectured for National Business Institute, the New York State Bar Association and the General Practice Section of the New York State Bar Association. He chairs his firm's Annual Tax and Corporate seminars put on for clients, accountants, insurance agents and business people on business and tax issues. Mr. Scrimale is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
