EDWARD F. DULL is vice president and senior counsel to National Land Tenure Company, LLC, located in Garden City, New York. His responsibilities include title insurance law and real estate. Mr. Dull has lectured on title insurance to the New York State Bar Association and to the New York State Land Title Association. He was the state agency counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company of New York and gave seminars to agents throughout the state of New York. Mr. Dull is a member of the Nassau County Land Association. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from St. John's University. RICHARD S. FEINSILVER is a partner at the law offices of Feinsilver & Cuocci LLC, where he focuses his practice on bankruptcy law, debtor/creditor and real estate law. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Feinsilver was employed in the financial services industry for more than ten years in various capacities, focusing in the areas of consumer credit and real estate financing. Over the past 15 years, he has represented in excess of 3,000 clients in the prosecution of consumer and business bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Feinsilver is a member of the New York State, Nassau County and Queens County bar associations. He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Feinsilver earned his B.A. degree from St. John's University in Queens and his J.D. degree from New York Law School in New York. MARC J. GERBER is a partner and counsel for North Shore Abstract, Ltd., in Great Neck, New York. Mr. Gerber also practices in residential and commercial real estate law. Prior to joining North Shore Abstract, Ltd. in 1994, he was in private practice representing purchasers, sellers and lenders in the areas of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Gerber has lectured for the New York State Bar Association on real estate issues, including real estate titles and transfers, and purchases and sales of homes. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Gerber earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his J.D. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
