VICTOR FUSCO is one of the founding members of Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C., established in 1978. The main focus of the firm's practice is the representation of injured and disabled wage earners in claims for Social Security disability insurance benefits, workers' compensation and related matters, such as long-term disability (group and individual) and New York City and State Employee Disability Pensions. ABA HEIMAN is an attorney with the Woodbury firm of Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C. He has been litigating on behalf of disabled workers since 1987. Mr. Heiman handles disability income claims and insurance litigation in state courts and long term disability claims and litigation in federal courts, as well as social security disability cases at all administrative and federal court levels. Before joining Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C., he served for 13 years as a claims representative for the Social Security Administration. Mr. Heiman has served as a member of a Federal Panel at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In addition, he is a prolific writer and has had several of his articles published. Mr. Heiman earned his bachelor's degree from City University of New York's Lehman College, his master's degree from Hofstra University and his J.D. degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He is a member of several professional associations, including the New York State Bar Association, and is frequently called upon to make presentations to local organizations and bar groups on issues relating to disability insurance claims.

ERIN MCCABE is an attorney with the Woodbury firm of Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C., where her areas of expertise include workers' compensation, social security disability, personal injury and wills. She has tried hundreds of cases, handled thousands of hearings and scores of depositions over the years. Ms. McCabe earned her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and her J.D. degree from New York Law School. She is a frequent lecturer on legal matters for professional and community organizations. Ms. McCabe is a member of numerous legal associations, including the New York State Women's, New York State, Suffolk County Women's, Suffolk County, American, Injured Workers' and New York Workers' Compensation bar associations.

RICHARD P. MORRIS is founding partner of the law firm of Klein, Wagner & Morris LLP, where he concentrates primarily in handling matters before the Social Security Administration.
